Some of our campers may also have Tourette’s syndrome, O.C.D., and /or mild mood issues. In addition to a great time it is also a traveling life skills adventure, guided by mature and experienced staff.
Our Canadian adventure is well on its way. We have been to some amazing places including spotting killer whales in Victoria, Grouse Mountain, and a minor league baseball game in Vancouver. On our journey to Lake Louise we visited Fraser River, also known as Hell’s Gate. We spent the night at a beautiful hotel and woke up in the Canadian Rockies with an incredible view all around. All the campers agreed this was the best hotel yet. We were staying at the Lake Louise Inn in Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada; near the Banff National Park. We went on to the largest mall in North America with over 800 stores and activities for the campers to enjoy. The next stop was flying over to Toronto, where we got to cool off at Niagara Falls Maid of The Mist, and play in Canada’s Wonderland. We have had the most amazing time in Canada. We are now on our way to Montreal, Quebec, and Halifax.
We are happy to share that we have gotten great compliments from every place we have visited. Whether it be someone coming up to us to tell us we have a wonderful group or bus drivers telling us they have never had a group so punctual. The campers are truly having a wonderful time and are sad to see the trip end.
We are anxiously awaiting the start of tour 2, which is taking us through historical Colonial America where our travelers will have a chance to learn and experience some amazing American history. Some of our stops include Philadelphia, Washington DC, Williamsburg, and Charleston! Some of the highlights include Independence Hall, Franklin Institute, the Library of Congress and we have the chance to walk around the Gettysburg battle field!
Our final trip is a three-week excursion to the eco-friendly parts of Costa Rica. Here we will be visiting coffee and CHOCOLATE plantations; we will also see some amazing waterfalls and even enjoy a river cruise to see some wild crocodiles! Costa Rica is an amazingly beautiful country and is a wonderful opportunity for our travelers to visit and experience a culture different from their own.
